What's Covered

All AED defibrillators sold by Swiss Defibrillator come with an 8-year limited warranty provided by the manufacturer, Philips, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the conditions and exclusions set forth in this policy.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
• Use of non-approved accessories or consumables
• Damage caused by failure to follow instructions or maintain the device properly

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a description of the issue. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and return the device for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Swiss Defibrillator. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Swiss Defibrillator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the device.

Returns

Return Policy

You may return your AED defibrillator within 7 days of receipt if it is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. The device must not have been registered with emergency services or used in any way.

How to Return

Contact our customer service for a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. All returns must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept returns shipped collect or without a return authorization.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund, less the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
